Michael J. Cerminaro – President & CEO, prior to founding Allied Brand Capital, Mr. Cerminaro co-founded Sound Harbor Partners, a $2 billion private credit and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) manager. He was also one of the original senior partners of BlackRock Private Equity Partners where he helped build and develop a $5 billion principal investment platform. While at BlackRock PEP he served as the Chairman of the Investment Operating, Internal Investment and Investment Valuation Committees. He was also a member of the Management and the Carried Interest Committees. Prior to BlackRock PEP, Mr. Cerminaro served as a Managing Director and was a co-founding member of the private equity advisory and leveraged finance platforms for UBS Warburg LLC and Banc of America Capital Markets. He currently serves on the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth and Development – New York Chapter, Midawi Holdings, ClickMail Marketing, The G2G Collection, Deliveright Logistics, HNP Capital and Diligent Consulting. Mr. Cerminaro received his MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and his BA with a double major in Business Administration and Economics from State University of New York at Brockport.

Chuck Lemar, Executive Vice President: Mr. Lemar is a seasoned commercial banker and lessor with 45 years of industry related experience. He has worked as a banker with First Interstate Bank (Wells Fargo) and a small community bank he founded. Mr. Lemar built the small ticket Vendor Financing division of ORIX Credit Alliance into a $125 million per year platform with over 5,000 vendors and over 100 employees in offices in Portland, Oregon and Orangeburg, NY. He has held senior credit and sales positions with Transamerica Vendor Finance and Textron Vendor Finance. Mr. Lemar has established commercial financing and leasing platforms for Cybex International, a leading manufacturer of commercial fitness equipment and for Gold’s Gym International, a world-wide fitness club franchisor. He has established and managed both front and back offices and origination teams in the small ticket loan and leasing sector. His service to community includes serving on the advisory board of Southern Oregon University and being board president of a community YMCA for several terms. Mr. Lemar is a Vietnam veteran where he served as a Vietnamese translator and was honorably discharged.
